The Eden Plains series acoustics offer a dramatic look with jewel colors laid over highly figured exotic tone woods. To achieve this effect, the selection of wood is critical for both beauty of the grain and the ability of the wood to take a color. If you put translucent green over brown wood, the result is disappointing at best. The dense reflective character of ash when combined with the solid spruce top provide a beautiful warmth with power, clarity, and definition.
